Who and what are we to believe? There's no question in my mind that Bin Laden will be attacked- whether or not a link to the disaster in NY can be proved. It is sufficient that he has declared war on the US and that is enough pretext IMO. But we have naive people in the White House and that is a concern to us all, whether we are Americans or not. We are all in this together. I read on the net yesterday that an attempt by 'Bin Laden linked terrorists' to kill all 632 members of the Euro Parliament with nerve gas last February had been foiled. The MPs were not informed of the plot - the building was closed and the official explanation was that there had been a 'security breakdown'. True or false? If true it is truly horrific. If false, is it part of an effort to stir up fear in the population to get behind the new crusade? We'll never know, and this is just the start It seems there is a massive cover-up about the security breakdown prior to the WTC disaster. There are just too many reports flying around about what the authorities knew ahead of time. So we have to wary and look to the net for information and use our judgement to filter out the bogus from what looks like the truth, and hope we can know the difference.

Hey King, you hit the nail right on the head. By the way, that Abner Hosmer was originally Tom Becker. He later changed his handle to Abner Hosmer the initials of which are A.H. which I think are very appropriate for him! He gave me the impression he has ceased being a hypocrite, and a coward and a farter since the dawn of time. He relishes calling people who say things he doesn't like, "small men", while not apparently realising that his moniker evokes images of "Lil' Abner". Maybe he is dwarfish after all, and hates being that. Many on this GPM thread have been crying "Fire, Kill and Burn" and "Damn It & You'd Better Watch Out" during the last few days in what may be described as a 'Patriotism' Extravaganza! Or was it Mass Hysteria? By the way, someone once said that "Patriotism is the last refuge/resort of a scoundrel." Are there scoundrels on this thread? As ever, just my 2bits, FWIW.
