If you're using branches in different states that may be correct. However, it might be worth investing $.35 in a letter to the FDIC asking for confirmation. Unless, of course, you're counting on SSB to make good on the difference if they're wrong. -bg-

One thing I'm sure of. If Citibank were to fail, the FDIC would use every available strategy to weasel out of as many obligations as possible. They would have no choice.
