Nosmo, yes Bush Jr did avoid but he did not dodge as Clinton did. Lt. Col Holmes WWII vet POW for 2.5 yrs and a survivor of the Bataan Death march wrote an editorial detailing how Clinton dodged the draft. Holmes was head of ROTC in Arkansas Clinton drew a draft number where it was certain that he would go to Nam and then went for ROTC - Clinton lied about his anti war activities which would have precluded him from ROTC but got in anyway bu. clinton was supposed to serve ROTC in AK but went to Oxford.
