I've heard that the sophisticated terrorists use encrypted communication on the internet -- we need to put OUR BEST MINDS (and the world class hackers we have caught for minor things) to work on breaking into the terrorist websites and online communication networks....This should be A VERY HIGH PRIORITY -- a part of A NEW MANHATTEN PROJECT designed to go after global terrorist cells....JMHO.
