Amazingly, the put/call ratio has been moving steadily higher as the morning goes on.

ECB also cut by 50bp. That means that the lazy ECB president finally opened his eyes and found the economy weakening (or he got a middaily wakeup call from Alan Greenspan).

Volume is not overwhelming me today. And where is the "patriotic buying"?
