david, i'd appreciate a history lesson. how did israel's govt develop and take control of land that they didn't control before? if the facts bare it out, i will be more than happy to say the international community stole the land and apologize for singling out israel in prior posts. i guess the real point is that this is how the palestinians view it and that it is a rational view. now you have it, now you don't. i'm not picking on israel as i freely admit i'm currently living on stolen land from mexico. i think israel deserves their own nation right where they are based on the status quo (jut as i believe the US should keep souther california). however, ignoring the real palestinian feelings of being cheated only makes the matter worse, imho.
