in essence, monetization of everything that ails us...a steadfast belief in Keynesian and monetarist precepts that hold that printing money is what it takes to avert financial and economic calamities.
we're however about to learn that that isn't true - that is , those that haven't learned it already, from watching Japan over the past decade.
