Secretary Powell has learned a great deal over the years and I think he and our other key leaders will apply A LOT of that wisdom as they move ahead carefully in this new global battle against the terrorists. This is clearly THE MOST IMPORTANT battle Powell has ever been in. He realizes the stakes are high and commands the respect of diplomats and leaders around the world.
