Well, that will be communism, instead of capitalism.:)

For the time being until capitalism can carry on by itself.
This is not manipulation , but rational intervention as a result of outside forces try to manipulate the market in a irrational way.

Hey, I bet I will tell you in April 2002 that yet again we've reached a bottom. :) I keep praying for one, but I haven't bought anything new yet. I'm just not confident enough, despite all the ballyhoo.
