Well we have had nothing but bad news for quite awhile... and then the terrorist attack.

There is a tremendous amount of cash on the sidelines. In all the years that I've been an investor ( since the mid 60's) I've never seen the spring wound so tightly.

When it turns it will move significantly higher in a very short period of time.

The question we are all asking is when?

Eric

I think it will turn because the Fed and banks world round are cutting rates like mad and the Fed is pumping money into the economy like mad, and overt manipulation is being allowed by the SEC to bolster ST stock prices. I think that we will have a rally in a month or two that will take us through Feb. Then if the economy is still in the shitter, the market will go down to lows again. We're still on the roller coaster ride, and I'm still keeping my powder dry for a long term play, should it present itself. Not convinced yet that this is it.
