Once the MM'c consolidate the memory technologies will be moving in RAMBUS's direction strongly. Why? Because there are no other viable long term options.

The lawsuits probably have another year and one half of life. But it is likely that pending appeal legal costs will be reduced a lot.

Rambus' earnings will have to be revised upwards significantly.
