I'm mostly glad that you understood what must have been the least articulate post I've ever made.

Yes it was fuzzy, not up to your usual standard but thats understandable, and for the most part the post was as well. I think I got the gist of it.

When you weren't around, I wondered if you'd been called up. Glad to see you back.

The only way they could call me up now is to draft me. Even when I was on individual inactive reserve for one year they would not have been likely to call me up. My training was in computer operation, not combat, logistics, fire fighting, engineer work or anything like that. If I thought I would make a massive contribution I might see about signing up, but they aren't really looking for overweight 30 somethings who went through basic in 92 and haven't had much military training since (none at all since 98).

I think I'm recharged enough now

I'm even more glad to hear that. I'm not there yet.

I wouldn't say I'm 100% either but I'm "unburntout" enough to post.

And I was stressed just from watching the news and reading about it. Nothing compared to what the fire and rescue workers have been going through for almost a week.
