In war, we don't have trials, we kill people.

Granted, a good portion of those disposed to a terrorist mindset aren't likely to go willing into the dark night. But what of those who are captured? Do we execute prisoners of war?

If bin laden gave up tomorrow, we would probably put him on trial, and likely in prision. Where he could continue to write, publish and incite. Hence my view that exile is required for those of this mindset.
