Maximum penalty for conspiracy to commit murder under federal law is life. Attempt to commit murder is 20 years, max.

The International Court of Justice doesn't have the death penalty, does it?

An Islamic court could in theory impose the death penalty, but would they want to?

The Israelis would just shoot them.
