Market Volatility : The Market Volatility Index spiked twelve points this morning to 47.70. Currently reading 46.00, this represents its highest level in nearly three years -- since October of 1998. The VIX is viewed as a contra-indicator, and as a general rule, levels above 35.00 are considered a bullish indicator. Yet additional new highs on the VIX are clearly a possibility as well. _________________________________________ XI: Congrats on the Buys...IMHO they will look good soon enough...We must be patient with this market...=)
