Nice shot on the DJI monthly there. If you draw the RSL thru the '94 lows- where would that put the target? 7800 or so?

NASDAQ target still at the bottom line shown here, IMO-
stockcharts.com

Both targets argue against a solid bottom being put in this week (unless today is repeated 3X).. Which may look possible at the moment, but is pretty unlikely.
