We can fight "basement cooking" with "basement cooking. We can put all of those bikers running meth labs out in the desert to work creating toxic waste that we can dump on them.

It's quite a bit more complicated than "cooking it up in a basement".

I worry far more about bomb threats etc. You can obviously imagine if it were that easy, countries like Ireland, and Israel would have experienced it already.
