That same crap "aid and comfort to our enemies" line was used in Vietnam. Some so-called patriots said that those who disagree with the president and our generals are traitors. Some so-called patriots said those who speak out against the war are not true Americans.

Then a few months ago an aging Robert McNamara issues an apology for lying to the American people while serving as secretary of defense.

So what's different now than 30 years ago? Answer: Nothing.
