But if you heard Secretary Rumsfeld yesterday, it can't be overstated that once one "methodology" of the terrorist network is addressed, they will find another. He mentioned subways, or even a "rusty barge" sitting off of our coast as a staging area.. The methods will change as we compensate for them, that's why it is futile to not recognize that the way to fully address the issue of terrorism is to destroy the terrorist.
