I have an old investment book called Common Stock and Uncommon Profits. One of the principles listed is "Never be afraid to buy on a war scare."

I see that the S&P 500 is doing a good job of holding its morning low so far, and the percentage drops we have seen in the various indexes have been in line with what we saw in foreign markets last week.

CBOE P/C ratio for indexes is about a steady 1.5 for day.
