The VIX is high but it is easy to visualize more declines. My crystal ball is a chart that looks like a rubber ball bouncing down a flight of stairs. The bottom of the flight of stairs is somewhere around 900 to 1200 on the Naz and 6800 to 7500 on the Dow.
