I feel for my father today. He has followed the advice of wall street and I just got off the phone with him. He sounds quite depressed, yet hopeful that this is only temporary and "not real", what could I say? To make it worse he flies 747's for a major US airline and is worried about his job....

sad day...

if the fed is reliquifying the system by buying treasuries and such then where do u think all that money is going to go?
do you think it will be used to cover redemptions by US investors pulling out of mutuals and foreigners repatriating funds?, or do you think they will plow the money into the market to force it up?
