kleth - it will be very difficult to interpret the news in the coming days. All parties will come on TV with "evidences", including partial information. I should say disinformation. Certainly now as military operations have started. 'bout that footage, suffice to me that Arafat showed embarassment. Footage may be not current, but the authority of the country confirmed the facts. Stations often use old footage. In the past, hey surperimposed the word "Archive" but they must have lost the gear that made it possible :-)
