Robert, <As Bin Laden, and many other terrorist organizations make a substantial amount of their money through the drug trafficking trade, I would suggest (as others may have) to legalize all drugs (including cocaine, heroin etc), treat them as tobacco is treated, and tax them accordingly.>

That's all we need, an Osama Bin Laden will all the financial and political power of Phillip Morris.

Next their lawyers will claim that terrorism isn't as unhealthy as the "anti-terrorism lobby" would suggest.
