Absolutely, she's trying to look semi-hawkish right now... bet she cant wait to get a piece of that $20 billion. Her biggest regret about this is probably bummed she hasn't gotten to use the auditorium yet in her $950k a year NY office for a press conference. Probably already looking to be the first politician to lease in the newly built WTC. She'd wipe soot on her face and pretend she was bucketing gravel out if there was a camera around and she thought it would get her some votes.
