There are resistance forces in Afghanistan already, and they control the northeastern tip of the country. They will gladly join forces with us to crush the Taliban.... As in any war, some innocent civilians will be killed, but carpet bombing is probably not necessary to get the job done. I agree the majority of Afghanistan's people have suffered greatly already, but we will not make things better by letting our people here in the United States suffer through more insane suicide attacks, with weapons of mass destruction on the way eventually.
