How do you see the internment of Japan Americans at the start of WW2?

I think it was an over-reaction. Nevermind the fact that it is unconstitutional to intern US citizens who committed no crimes, who are not even suspects.

In case of Muslim americans, of whom there is 10+ million, it would be a complete nonsense, since the bad apples may number only few 100s or 1000, and FBI pretty much knows who many of them are.

A better idea would be to unleash FBI on these bad apples. The symbolic "handcuffs" of the law should be on these 100s of suspected terrorists, not on FBI.

This would prevent some terrorist acts in the future, and if there are fewer terrorist acts by Muslims / Arabs, there would be less of the "guilt by association."
