I wasn't upset by the comment WRT Spectrum. Screen scraping is a reasonable way to get bills from the three big Spectrum banks, but a direct connection is more reliable.

As Benny mentioned, Spectrum only does a small fraction of the EBPP job. The bank has to fill in the rest either with their own home grown technology or with another EBPP vendor. BofA has made a committment and is using CKFR for the rest. Who knows? If Spectrum really does invest more in EBPP than their power point presentations, does present a bill sometime and becomes reliable, it may be in CKFR's best interest to make a connection.
