Yields seem pretty secure even though future for KPA is somewhat cloudy. How do you feel?? TIA Bob

RICH........always interesting to hear your thoughts.....was too anxious on CEI....had to average down today.....lots of reits looking more appealing alright especially with Greenspan continuing his rate cuts.....JIM
