ya'! Institutions dumping, Joe Q Blog buying. It may very well be a good buy, but, right now everything's too uncertain. I must confess that I am very tempted, by some of the stocks out there(SNE, GMST, CSCO, ORCL come to mind). However, its probably not safe to buy back until Joe and Jane's start selling. There is still no sense of "panic" in the market. I think the market would have reached these levels _anyway_ because of the economic conditions. The terrorist attacks have furthered soured the outlook. The flip side is that my money market account ain't turning me on, with interest rates so low. I do want to get back in .. just hoping for a better entry point...
