The up coming confrontations will be rift with tension and information voids. By nature, the public will become more
cautious about travel and shopping. But the holiday's are coming...so the obvious benifactors, IMHO, are on-line services, wireless, and security stuff ( another good mention is smart cards ). The market is grossly slammed by the emotions of the time...when it recovers...I think the on-line stuff recovers first...long before anyone wants to start flying again.

Shoppers are not afraid to leave their home. They just do not desire to go far such as flying to a destination. The shopping centers were close to empty all of last week as people watched the news unfold. The people are making up for it this week. Take your Porshe to the local shopping mall and leave it parked there for a day;-) This will prove me correct<G>

There has been an increase in the use of credit for consumer purchases. I attribute that to the lower interest rates.
