POS? finance.yahoo.com

I've held it for at least 8 years. You might compare it to BA. I'm obviously premature with this buy.

I bought RSTN last Spring for 9.50 (and mentioned it on this thread then) and sold it at 18. I'm thinking about buying it again.

I mentioned BCE as an investment possibility recently because it's a very good phone company with some interesting aspects which are possibly going to be profitable. It's certainly not obscure. No, I didn't buy any.

I mentioned MIEa.to because it is obscure. It's new. Sin is always good business. By the way, their bid for NY's off track betting corporation may be derailed by the state legislature. I don't own it. I was hoping someone might look at it and have an opinion. Frank Stronach, the driving force behind it is a serious person. He built Magna International, one of the world's largest car parts companies.

PANL is a long term speculation and a pretty good bet under $9. Their IP is probably worth that much though I can't prove it. The display area is going to change radically the next 3 - 5 years. I've bought it at 8 and 13.

YGO.v is going to die. I said it was cheaper than going to Vegas,
NT was a bad short term idea. Long term not so awful. I'll probably get half the capital back.

FBCE is obscure. So what? They're small but not obscure in their industry. They are doing a good business. The stock has made me lots of money and the mangement doesn't stumble often.

August was dull. Not much was being posted here. What's wrong with an online flower auction and food/flower preservation technology business? (SBT.v) Nice fit. Flowers and fruit have very short shelf lives. Give them an extra few days or a week of quality shelf life and growers, wholesalers, and retailers will definitely use the product. Folk aren't going to stop eating. Sure, I bought some. Not lots, because it's possible it may go down some more....The WTC abomination may hurt the flower business because of air freight difficulties.

I mentioned OCHS because of its networking software. Haven't bought any, yet. It keeps going down.

VRK.to is likely to be bought out over the next year or two and for more, lots more, than its trading at right now. Bought some, not lots. was thinking about a Sept shakeout.

It's not hard to take a fundamental approach to penny and near penny stocks. If they have rapidly growing revenues and the rest of the business is reasonably well run, then it's not a poor strategy to buy a fistfull when the market is way down. It's not everyone's cup of tea but it's one of the things I do.
