Wes, I think the point here isn't to be fixated on the biowarfare part of this equation, but the technology benefits that come from addressing these problems. I don't know what kind of science background you have, but in simple terms, solving a biowarfare threat, holds the promise of huge commercial gains. Read some of the DARPA information. There used to be an explaination site that was part of DARPA if i can find it i'll post it. V
