Dear William

I think we do need to lash out at the Taliban who are basically occupying Afghanistan by force. I dont think we should worry about the consequences to pakistan. There wont be much difference between the Taliban and the dictator who incidently recruits and / or permits the Taliban to cause problems in India.

If the Taliban take over, India will have a known enemy who wont deny their acts. The it would be easy for India to react/respond and the world will be with India.
