software is sold by licensing, so any replacement wont help bottom line. new purchases would be on hold for a while.
hardware is a different story.

Hays day-after report now more bullish than ever. Sez don't buy the "safe" stocks, but those that were panicked-down. They'll have a bigger bounce...coming shortly!
