Middle Easterners and others looking like them are being targeted on both sides of the border. For example, a Sikh store owner in Arizona was shot dead, his Lebanese employees were injured. In another part of the USA, someone rammed his Mustang at ~80 mph into a mosque area causing considerable damage. In Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, a Sikh temple was burnt down. I wonder if a lot of folks who say the Lord's prayer "Our Father" know what the prayer means or if they are sincere. Sikhs are not Moslems, nor are they Middle East Moslems. Yet, out of utter ignorance, they were targeted. nytimes.com
