Eric, not a tip just an opinion. As to the fed rate cuts...that has been the rallying cry all the way down. The fed is not in control now.

And Eric, people have been saying that they see the market rising out of the ashes for the last year. Abby J. being JUST one. VBG

This will be over when MOST don't see a bottom.
