Started singing it the second I saw your words. Loved Simon and Garfunkel

Absolutely a great one. That and Knocking on Heaven's Door I intentionally did listen to this past week.

I have no problem with them trying not to offend, but that list is pathetic.

To send out a list of songs as an in-house memo asking people to be sensitive is one thing, to give that same memo to a major newspaper is quite another (IMHO).

It insults the intelligence of every American if they think we can't make the decision as to what offends us or not. A lot of rap music offends me. Guess what. I don't listen to it. You can put the Star Spangled Banner in the same category as the rest of those songs. It has words that can be used to inflame.

This could be just an inkling of what we can expect to see in the future where idiots and simpletons are making decisions - stupid decisions - as to what is good or bad for us.

We're going to see a lot of stupidity. Things like Jerry Falwell saying God allowed this to happen to us because of feminists, the ACLU, Civil Liberties groups, etc. I know he apologized but he did say it - and Pat Robertson agreed with him. The Taliban doesn't like feminists - or any women for that matter - the ACLU or civil liberties groups either.

In the next few weeks, we are going to give the government even more power over our private lives. The very heart and soul of what makes this America - our Freedom - is going to be slowly compromised to the point that - well nevermind. You see where this is going.
