will.....started buying hsr last year around 1.00 ref your remarks about the fed/banks etc...once people settle down and take inventory of the monetary and fiscal stimulus that has been and will continue to be injected into the mkts/monetary system they will i think come to the conclusion that the mkts will move higher. this massive move to liquidity will ease eventually many pains...and sow the seeds of both a recovery and tech/telco comeback to The economic impact boot. the military requirements both now and for years to come alone will stimulate significant economic activity and employment. the rippple effect here is considerable. The economic impact (stimulous) of reconstructing NYC alone will equal or surpass the recent tax rebate. There are huge plus factors evident now and there are more coming. Once our focus and concentration return to the lessons taught over the years about the results achieved by proactive fiscal and monetary policy the mkts will begin to react to the coming growth environment.
