IMCL..@ $70-- WSJ reports that Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) is close to signing a deal to acquire a 19.9% stake in the developer of cancer treatments for $1 bln (in milestone payments). Deal would give BMY rights to market IMC-C225. A formal announcement could come after the market closes today.
