Used to be 100 of the $10,000 bills on display at Binion's Horseshoe in Vegas. I have many a picture of me and various friends and family in front of that display. . . now gone since the sale of Binion's at the end of 1999.

If you click on Dr. Jeff's link to the pictures, make sure you look at the back of the bill, too. The pic it shows is lovely. . . but on the bills at Binion's, the backs looked like Monopoly money: no portrait or detail of note, just the words TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in block type. A big letdown.

yep, thanx, Ben told me about this already...i wasn't aware until now that even larger than $1,000 notes existed.
