After the last big bout of maniacal speculation (the 1920's), the Dow ended losing 89% in about 4 years' time. Going by that measure, the Naz will have to go to about 550. This time, the decline in the Nasdaq has been speeded up by the recent tragic events in NY and DC. But I think we would have probably gotten there eventually anyway.
