If the on board tape etc confirms the fact that the passengers rushed the hijackers, the Congressional Medals of Honor are in order I would think.

Dear John: I hope that somehow all this can be confirmed sufficiently that some type of long lasting Memorial can be erected in their honor. They were the heroes of the day IMHO. I cant even imagin what it took to KNOWINGLY commit hari kari to save your fellow countrymen. Best of America IMHO. JDN
