This event is going to have severe short-term repercussions. What it has done is sped up, and deepened, the downturn. This should imply a very near term bottom, as severe as it will be. Despite a potential warning by CPQ, I don't see how much lower this could go. It's already cheap at the price. For a company that traded at 18 when it was losing money (though in a very strong market), it doesn't make much sense to trade this low when it is mildly profitable.
