Looking at such a long term chart it really looks like Naz 800ish is the ultimate* bottom, going back to 94-95* The chart didn't come up right. :-( Look at the log-scale version of the same chart and you'll see an amazingingly consistent trend that puts the current market value right where it "should" be.
