If we have 400 million today. And the major markets having reached saturation. Then we can infer that those additional 600 million will come form the developing world.

So here we have: 600 million people in the developing world will become subscribers of GSM services in the next 4 to 5 years.

But the developed world -subsidized terminals and all- took 10 years to reach 400 million.
