Dear Rockerbanger: We have very much in common..I HATE RELIGION TOO...read in Genesis and Adam talked to God daily. God talked back. I dont see a thing that resembles religion there do you ? But they both had a very good thing going until the serpent tempted Eve. The fastest growing churches today are those that are going non denominational too. I am in my second term of being chosen church elder in a church that has grown from 15 members to 568 members. Many of those members the Lord has used me in bring in. What makes me so different. ? Think of it this way. We are both on the Tiatanic. Did you see the movie ? I made it into the life raft ahead of you . We still have room in our boat so I am going to go around and pick up anyone that is still left to get into the boat. Any difference between us ? None. Except I'm in the boat and you are not . You will die if you don't get into the boat. Brother. This world is sinking fast !! It will not last much longer. You see I don't ask people if they want to get in the boat. I know they "need" to get in the boat so I just grab them up no matter what they think and get them in. Once they are in the boat and they want to jump back in the water ; I stop that nonsense too. I get a grip and hang on tight . I 've led almost 40 people to Christ. Peter Matthew and John were called to be fishers of men. Right. When you fish who is in control ? The fisherman or the fish. YOU SEE ! . God has told me He already has your name written down in the Lambs Book of Life so there is no pressure on me to tell you anything. Whether You like it or not you have been chosen to be one of God's elect, a Holy Ambassador , with a very high calling. Your life will be called Blessed. Your position in His kingdom will be one of perpetuity. You might not make Dog Catcher in your home town but you will some day lead others to Christ without ever saying a word to others. You have a very bright future to look forward to. You will work not in darkness but in the light of the world...just curious ? What do you do for a living ?? Do you work for the power company or something.. I can see you work in a powerful place....What "powers" do you have in the world. The word "power" keeps popping up. In what way or ways are you "powerful" ?. I see some Godly humor here... Gregor
