I believe it it very reasonable to think that the Pentagon has a helicopter pad. True I could not locate it on any of Tom's pictures but why wouldn't they have one?

However, you seem to absolutely think that there would be reason to ever consider an empty White House, as a target.

The U.S. targeted empty tents and an aspirin factory for symbolic and other reasons, why do think The White House is a less worthy target?
