I blieve that Doug has articulated an important point here. And one that we have touched on briefly a couple of times. Message 16378224 Part of the solution to terrorism is to eliminate the breeding ground for terrorists. Back to the cancer analogy, if our lung cancer patient goes through the surgical procedure of having a lung removed, radiation and chemo, but the day he returns home from the hospital, starts smoking again, it is not unreasonable to expect that our lung cancer patient will have another bout of lung cancer.
