Hi O (and all the little o's)..Could you or anyone here, help me understand the technology....for both cell phones and hand held recorders... It certainly appears to all of us, because of the recent events in Washington, PA, and of course, NYC....the need for cell phones with both analog and digital technology.... Think what would happen if we were all separated from our loved ones, and needed to know where everyone was, and if they were all right.... Some could be in a digital area, and some might be in an analog area... What I don't know is if hand helds use the same sort of technology? If something happened where our families and friends were separated, would it be better to have a hand held or a cell phone? Could email get through?
